Logging In to the PBSG Members' Online Area

Your 'Username' is your preferred email address. (Reminder, your 'preferred' email address that we have in our database was included in the initial e-mail we sent you.)

Login Instructions:

• Click on 'first time login' (located below the highlighted 'login' button).
• Use your 'preferred' email address as your USERNAME.
• Click on 'reset my password'
• An email will be sent to you by email with a temporary password.
• Copy and paste this temporary password into the login password area.
• Once in the member's online area, click on 'change password', (located in the top right location) and follow the instructions.

If you have forgotten or are unsure of your Username, or the one you are trying is not working, please contact us at fmpe@mcmaster.ca with your preferred correct email address or call us at 1-800-661-3249 for assistance.

If you have forgotten your Password,

• Click on 'Forgot your password?' and fill in your preferred email address and a temporary password will be sent to you.
• Once in the members online area, click on 'change password', (located in the top right location) and follow the instructions.
